In February 2023, Ohio-based systems integrator E Tech Group acquired industrial automation firm E-Volve Systems. Following the merger, the two companies have now rebranded together as E Tech Group. The rebranding aims to create a “one-stop shop for advanced automation” and provide a seamless transition for clients and partners. The combined company will leverage a team of over 600 automation specialists to automate every facet of a facility, from process and discrete automation to cybersecurity and data intelligence services. E Tech Group’s clients come from various sectors including life sciences, mission critical, food and beverage, manufacturing, and material handling.
